You NEED D, Not Wheat!

All of those with gluten intolerance, Celiac, Crohns, Cystic Fibrosis, Giardiasis, Whipple’sdisease, Diphyllobothriasis, Anclyostomiasis, Chronic Pancreatitis, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome.. All of those who have had stomach surgery, removal of stomach, stapling of stomach. All of those who have had any part of their intestines removed for any reason.  All of  those who have had stomach cancer, or colon cancer, or intestinal cancer.  All have  malabsorption of the fat soluble vitamins, at least.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble and is very much needed in our bodies to do tons of things. Vitamin D What it is and Why Do We Need it?

Wheat Gluten can not be absorbed well by anyone, may not completely by anyone (Think about a ‘whole grain’, it comes out exactly the way it went in. This means it was NOT digested at all) IF your gut has anything amiss it will not absorb gluten, which sets off a whole bunch of other issues. Like not absorbing D.

You want your vitamin D? Dont’ eat wheat!
