1.Preheat oven 375

2.Melt butter with cocoa in microwave or stovetop, your choice
|
3.Beat eggs. Add flours to beat eggs then, xanthan gum, sugar vanilla, mix.

4.Pour melted butter and cocoa over mixture and beat well. Stir in pecans.

5.Pour into greased 9×13 pan.

6.Bake 25 minutes Cut into squares while still hot.

These sound yummy! Might make as part of a celebration meal when I’m in Phase 3 of my diet… which is soon! 🙂
Woo Woo for you!! I am going to add another soon with peanut butter cookie dough on top of brownies– If you want to wait. I will not be able to ‘test’ it just adjusting a recipe– Maybe you can guina pig it for me. 😉
