Brazil Bread (page 62 Throw the Wheat in the Sea)

1/2 Cup butter

1/2 cup oil

2 Cups milk

1 teaspoon salt

4 1/4 Cups Tapioca flour

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

4 eggs

2 Cups parmesean cheese, fresh is best/

Preheat oven to 350 . Mix milk, salt, vegetable oil, and butter in pot, bring to a boil.  Remove from heat just as it boils.  Stir tapioca flour into mixture.  Stir in eggs and cheese mix well.  With floured hands shape dough into golf ball sized balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until puffed up and golden.
