16 oz sweet potatoes canned or cooked
1 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup butter melted
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons milk
Topping
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup rice flour
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Cup pecan halves
Preheat oven to 400. Combine potatoes, sugar butter, beaten eggs, vanilla, and milk in 2 qt casserole ( I like my potatoes in chunks, some like to whip this like mashed potatoes) Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans (make crumble) Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 400.
