2 Cups Gluten Free Bisquick Mix
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/2 C 7 Up
1 Stick melted butter
Cut sour Creami nto Bisquick , add 7 up, had 1/2 of melted butter (1/4 cup) Mix– This will make a soft dough.
Pour remainder of melted butter in pan (1/4 Cup melted)
Sprinkle counter with gluten free flour (more Bisquick is fine, but at the price …..I use rice flour) pat out dough about 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Cut rolls and arrange in pan on top of butter.
Back 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Delicious!!!!! I have made this dough into bun size and used for hamburgers- WOW
