1 Cup dripping from turkey
3 Tablespoons rice flour
2 Cups milk, maybe more, maybe less.
1 boiled egg, chopped
boiled giblets and neck, chopped- Any or all of the meats are optional
Heat drippings. Mix milk into flour and make consistency of milk shake, pour into hot drippings while stirrings. Stir until smooth. Brink to boil, add milk. Bring to boil, if too thick add more milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add meats. Lower heat to simmer 5 minutes, remove from heat and add chopped egg.
