Bamaw’s Brownies (page 213 Throw the Wheat in the Sea)

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • ¾ Cup Cocoa
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • ½ Cup Oat flour or Tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup pecans chopped, optional
1.Preheat oven 375
2.Melt butter with cocoa in microwave or stovetop, your choice
3.Beat eggs. Add flours to beat eggs then, xanthan gum, sugar vanilla, mix.
4.Pour melted butter and cocoa over mixture and beat well. Stir in pecans.
5.Pour into greased 9×13 pan.
6.Bake 25 minutes Cut into squares while still hot.
